Process

The below is the rough process on how we bring your wedding calligraphy vision to life:

1-Initial Consultation

3-4 months prior to wedding or earlier

Our journey together begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss all the details of your wedding and how I can bring your ideas to life. This can be done via email or  phone call. We will go over your wedding theme and style, your desired items, and also budget and timeline. I will provide a quote based on this.

2-Design Drafts

Roughly 2-3 months prior to wedding

Once we’ve discussed your ideas, I’ll create custom digital design mock-ups for your review. I’ll present the designs for your approval and make any necessary adjustments to ensure they’re exactly what you want. If you’d like any changes (whether it's a spacing adjustment or color tweak), I’ll work with you to refine the designs. Once you approve the final designs, we move forward to the production phase!

3-Production & Turnaround Time

After finalizing the design, I’ll begin the production process. Every piece is handmade  with care, whether it’s hand-lettering a seating chart or creating intricate custom tags. I take great pride in the artistry that goes into each item. This phase takes time, as I want to ensure that each item is made to perfection. Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your order, but I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

4-Review & Final Adjustments 

Item dependent, but roughly 1 month prior 

Once all pieces are crafted, I’ll send you photos of your completed items for a final review. This is your chance to double-check everything and make sure everything is just as you envisioned.

5-Delivery or Local Pick Up

Once everything is approved, it’s time for delivery! I’ll ensure that all of your items are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during shipping or transport. Depending on your location and preferences, I offer both shipping and local pick up.
