How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance to allow enough time for any designs, creation, and any revisions. For smaller items from my Etsy shop, they can be ordered up to a month before the wedding, depending on availability.

Can I request a specific calligraphy style?

During your consultation, we’ll discuss the style that best suits your wedding theme and personal preferences.

Can I order just one item, like a single welcome sign or a few place cards?

Yes! While I offer full wedding packages, I’m also happy to work with clients who want just a few custom pieces, such as a welcome sign or a set of place cards. No order is too small.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders are available for an additional fee, depending on the complexity and timeline of your project. 

Can I see samples before placing an order?

I’m very happy to provide images for you to see my work. Alternatively you can purchase samples (e.g. place cards). 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this point in time, I do not ship internationally. 

What if I need to change my order after I’ve approved the designs?

Once designs are approved, I typically proceed with production, but I understand that plans can change. If you need to make any adjustments, please let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Can you create a custom design based on my wedding theme or colour palette?

Certainly. 

What materials do you use for wedding signage?

I offer a variety of high-quality materials, including acrylic, wood, mirror, cardstock, and fabric. During our consultation, we can discuss which material will best suit your wedding style and budget.

Do you offer design-only services if I want to print my own items?

No, because my services are based around calligraphy, which is all handwritten not digital. 

Do you provide transportation and set up at the venue?

No, unfortunately I do not provide transport and set up at the venue. However, everything I provide should be able to be set up by your wedding coordinators on or before your wedding day. I will help provide guidance if you require.

I want to use my own mirror for wedding signage - is this possible? Or do you supply the mirror?

Either option! I do have some mirrors that are suitable for wedding signage. If you are happy with the mirror, most certainly you can rent them. I’m also happy to do the calligraphy on mirrors that you supply. 

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with the final product?

My goal is to ensure you’re 100% happy with your order. Before I begin production, I provide mock-ups for approval, and I encourage open communication during the design process. If there’s an issue with the final product, I’m happy to work with you to resolve it. However, due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are generally not offered once production has started.
